Appointment and Cancellation Policy
Appointment Policy
We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. A $35.00 non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments at the time of scheduling to confirm and hold your appointment. The deposit will be applied to your balance due at the end of your appointment.
Late Arrival Policy
Our goal is to provide quality service to all our customer in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and late cancellations inconvenience not only our lash artist, but our other customers as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.
A grace period of 15 minutes will be permitted for unforeseen delays you may encounter while traveling to our studio. If you are more than 15 minutes to your appointment, the appointment may be canceled and will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 10% of the reserved services or $55.00, whichever is more.
You will be charged the non-refundable deposit plus fee if the appointment must be canceled due to your late arrival.
Cancellation Policy
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other customers. In order to be respectful others, please call your lash artist as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
We ask for at least 48 hours notice (email or SMS text). as a courtesy, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We are more than happy to reschedule your appointment and apply your deposit towards a future appointment if you give at least 48 hours' notice.
We understand that unplanned circumstances can occur, and may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment less than 48 hours prior to your appointment time your deposit is non-refundable, and a new deposit will be required to book any future appointment.
